We offer two shipping options: Expedited Express (1-2 business days) and Standard Express (3-5 business days).
Rest assured, we'll dispatch your order on the same day or the following business day after receiving payment. For orders placed before 3pm, they'll be shipped out on the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
To ensure a smooth and swift processing of your order, please provide us with your accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Our pricing already covers both packaging and shipping fees.

Upon receiving your successfully delivered package, we encourage you to promptly verify its location. Should you encounter any issues such as a lost package, please don't hesitate to reach out to us or the courier company. Due to the time-sensitive nature of express shipping, it becomes challenging for the courier company to investigate deliveries beyond 7 days. If you have not received your parcel after successful delivery confirmation, please contact us within 7 days.
